Novo OPL DB1515, correções nos APPS!

Fala galera beleza? Mais uma versão do OPL saindo! Cheganos na versão 1515, que apesar de não trazer nenhum recurso novo nem melhora de compatibilidade, trouxe correções do novo recurso de uso dos APPs. Confira no vídeo acima!

Synced with ps2sdk, corrected some logic
— I just was trying to unify some things – and make them as it is in mainstream ps2sdk. I also fixed some errors which capture modern toolchain. there are still many things to do but at least for now opl can be compiled on modern gcc.

Fixed incorrect logic update to UDNL, in commit 32dcc28.
APPSUPPORT: ignore unit number when resolving the mode that the device belongs to.
APPSUPPORT: update the apps list, only if other modes have been updated.
